    PRESENT RESPONSIBILITIES

    Dirk is a Senior Consultant with the Career Business in Mercer South Africa.


    EXPERIENCE

    Dirk has been with Mercer since 2010, his journey with Mercer includes 7 years’ experience in management of various Salary Surveys in Africa and supporting his clients with a wide range of compensation and benefits consulting solutions. This experience includes compensation and benefits benchmarking and reward structure design, customize tool design, executive recommendations, board presentations, general consulting and more. Later in his career with Mercer, Dirk joined the consulting team of Mercer with focus on delivering fit for purpose HR solutions across various fields and African countries. Throughout his career, Dirk has had exposure in working with various client’s segments including multinationals, large local employers and NGO’s from numerous industries including Mining, Logistics, Oil and Gas, Consumer Goods, Financial Services, Hi-tech and Medical Life sciences


    ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION

    Dirk holds BCOM (HONS) Financial Management degree from the University of Pretoria. He also achieved his Global Remuneration Professional certificate from the South African Rewards association and World at Work.
